Tim Severa,
My name is Lacey Mesia and I am currently a student at Idaho City High School. I am interested in joining your winter running program however I am to go into surgery November 1st and will be unable to run for some time afterwards. I wanted to know for how long does this program run and would it be wise to join after January 1st (recovery date)?
Lacey Mesia
p.s. I have high arches and the only person who currently knows how to tape them correctly is a coach in Oregon. Is there a secret?

::)Lacey Mesia, I think it would be good to start back in January. You may have to stay on an even surface as to not reinjure yourself. If you have questions on how to get back into it call me at 344-5501. Tim
